RED DAWG SALOON SIGN-UP


Policy regarding the use of the Red Dawg Saloon.

Saloon - def: a room, usually public, for some special purpose.

The Red Dawg Saloon is a public forum for Cardinal Pilots to discuss events and issues dealing with Cardinal Airline and flight simulation in general.

Due to the worldwide presence of Cardinal, many topics that seem okay to discuss may not be appropriate to other individuals. When posting to the Saloon, please remember that pilots of many different races, ages, religions, political views, personal opinions and beliefs are also subscribed to the Saloon. Therefore, we recommend that you do not post any message that would be considered offensive by members of your family, your relatives, friends, your religious leader or your employer. Any posts concerning opinions or ideals of a specific culture or person outside the area of flight simulation are discouraged.

The following are guidelines that will be adhered to while using the Red Dawg Saloon.

- Religion and Politics must not be discussed. Due to the broad range of backgrounds of members, these issues in most cases will create serious problems. To minimize the occurrence of an unpleasant situation, these topics must be avoided on the Saloon.

- All members will treat each other with the utmost courtesy and respect. Personal insults or any remarks of a slanderous nature are not allowed. Any member who violates these guidelines will have their privilege to post to the Red Dawg Saloon revoked. If you feel compelled to argue a point with another pilot which involves these controversial subjects, then CONTACT THAT PERSON PRIVATELY and work it out between yourselves.

- If any member feels that a topic is not acceptable on the Red Dawg Saloon, then contact the pilot who posted the topic PRIVATELY. If the member feels that the situation has not been corrected to his satisfaction, then he should contact his Station Manager immediately. Be prepared to back up your statement with transcripts of past messages and how they have violated the guidelines presented here.

These guidelines have not been put in place to stifle opinions or objections. Your comments are welcome on the Red Dawg as long as they deal with Cardinal Airlines or any other general flight simulation topic. If at any time you feel that the content on the Red Dawg is against your moral, religious, ethnic, political or personal beliefs you have three options; (1) take the action outlined in the above paragraph, (2) DELETE the message and move on, or (3) you also have the privilege of unsubscribing from the Red Dawg if you so desire.
